    I have an 8 month female working line Czech GSD who looks and behaves exactly like Gage. They are so attached to their owners and do everything to please them. I got her at 8 weeks. In 2 days she was potty trained, slept tho whole night in a week, sleeps like a bear the whole night, bladder of a camel, food and toy motivated, easy to train but high energy.

      Is she antisocial or stable?

    • @macedoniangangster8085
      @macedoniangangster8085 7 місяців тому

      @@ivanhacks Yes but antisocial behavior is not common behavior in stable dogs, most dogs that are stable are social in the most cases, and nervy dogs are harder to socialized, that means they aren't confident in social environment. Name it whatever you want.

    • @macedoniangangster8085
      @macedoniangangster8085 7 місяців тому

      @@ivanhacks Yes, but dominant dogs are not necessarily unsocial dogs, and submissive dogs are not always social dogs, that how he acts in group/pack doesn't mean is he unsocial or social, but the nervy scatchy and scared one will always be more insecure, and mote likely to show agressive behavior, than a stable and confident, strong minded and clear headed dog.

    • @macedoniangangster8085

      @@ivanhacks Lets compare Gage and Yaxi, you know them if you follow Haz. One is very secure and confident strong minded dog, also social, without behavioral problems... And the other is scatchy, bully type of nervy arousal dog. I will sat again, name it whatever you want, but 90% of strongminded confident dogs ARE socially clear, and the other nervy ones aren't...

    • @macedoniangangster8085
      @macedoniangangster8085 7 місяців тому

      @@ivanhacks Haz said too, Gage is nervy and unsocial dog, a sport dog that he will never use for breeding. And the other dog Yaxi is ideal for personal protection, as a dog that can think about the situations, why? Because he's stable, that's the reason why stable dog can be personal protection dog, and a nervy one can't, because of their look at environment and social interactions with others.

    Kudos to those responsible for the making of this video. I love Gage and watching him train in slo motion. He’s not only one gorgeous dog but even more so a winner.

    Boy, I wish my dog could do that. I have a beautiful German Shepherd very intelligent. She knows everything I teach her but when I take her out she’s the total opposite she’s goes into a crazy mode. She wants to be free. She don’t want to be on a leash. She gets super anxiety attacks and no matter how much I try to calm her down and put his shoes on, and she’s always scape in the hottest Delish even the prong collar and training leash that tightens around her neck.She slips out all the time. Then she runs around at the park. I take her to and then she comes down and goes right to the car to the door when she’s finished let me know when she wants to leave. she tells me what she wants to do. That’s how intelligent she is. she loves me. She’s sweet but she’s got the stubborn streak and this time she tells me what to do. If she don’t stop, I won’t be able to socialize her and take her out. Because there’s gonna be people that are going to report me thinking that I’m letting her behave this way and I’m not and I don’t want her taking away from me because I love her. She’s like my Protegé.

    Nice power and intensity. Building the control into the intensity is genius.

    Haz, big hello from Ireland. Would you ever do a podcast on how to stop sleeve migration when training solo with our dog. My dog has this habit of migration and getting chompy. I have perfect timingnon pressure on and turning off the pressure when he bites but its not this mental back off the mouth grip full on snort wheeze bite. Any help greatly appreciated. Prong used and so is different sleeve grades for both forearm and bicep. Dog always back tied but able to be walked when on grips with the sleeve.

    Haz, your IGP relationship with Gage is cool but sharing more of the Professional Dog Trainer side is more of an interest. I mean if you are marketing your Sport dog training for people that might be interested in Competing with their dog(s) if there dog has the right Genetics. I've been training dogs and people for 47 years and there are only two trainers in this industry that I personally Respect and now since watching you and Mace,I now have included you as a person I believe knows what he is doing with a dog! I used to compete in Schutzhund PSA years ago but I'm like a old dude in the game today. I really appreciate and Respect you Haz. Chuck, Kanine Command, Buffalo.

    Love ur channel, I’ve a gsd, highly energetic. Very bad at leash. Tried very hard, now I’ve developed tennis elbow. I make him tired playing with a ball 20min and then walk the dog… can’t believe what I do!!!

      Get Haz’s book. You are missing something in your training if you cannot get your dog to not pull.
      I have a GSDx I rescued earlier this year. That 50# terror dragged me everywhere. A couple sessions with Gage’s technique and she now heels like a champ.

      Learn how to use a pinch collar I'd also suggest getting an E collar that's always worn and learn how to use that also. What's helped my dogs the most is when I started to get training.
