- What happens you mix together multiple damage buffs and a shotgun hungry for crit hits? Heavy barrel is the mod that made the shotgun really stand out in Last Day on Earth, but there's an alternate that really shines in its own right! I traveled to the farm and bunker alfa when they both featured some event buffs for the shotgun to see just how far I could push up the crit damage numbers with this fun loadout.

Not related to this video but sort of, no matter what kind of shooting games, any shooting games or games that have guns, I just love using shotguns so much, especially games with ragdoll physics

I just got the long silencer for shot gun recently. Its power is insane.
I tested it on Bravo and it melted those zombs there, even killed the exploder and skip the parasites.
It takes HUGE bites outa those hp bars!

Still one of the best self defense weapon in real life, it's always good in both real life and in-game, asserts dominance and kills everything it wants to kill
But remember in Real Life Scenario.... Shotgun take a longer time to Reload
@@nowwhat9053 that's not the case if you know how to use it, a single buckshot can hit anything in a medium range without having the need of reload

I recently fully modded my shotgun but I only use it for pd waves for hoarding those juicy cards
Shotguns are op i farm so many of it i used for blind one also i obtain big ammo mod still looking a heavy barrel mod

You could do a comparison between long silencer and heavy barrel on the the blind one. Because to me I think heavy barrel and silencer are almost the same at the blind one.
Sounds like the total output may be close. I was going for those juicy crits though. 😋

Me who always use shotgun with heavy barrel and not sailancer at the blind one usually take 28-34 dmg without bufs, loosing almost dubble the amount of shotguns 💀💀💀,just is not convinent to change mods

First time I cleared the farm I used a shotgun on Savage Giants/bulls- not intentionally, I had no other guns and I just started playing the game a few weeks ago (back then I would die 3-4 times on the farm, thankfully I just ran out whenever I was in trouble and the barn did not open that first time, so I got my stuff back). Anyway, all this to say that I didn't know I had the event buff, but I fell in love with shotguns. Now I have a fully moded one I found God knows where (Alpha or Farm or Police Station crates, maybe?) and I keep it in that chest and occasionally take it out just to look at it😂 It doesn't even have that good mods, but I used it once on a raider who kept killing my ass in mere seconds: it took two shots and he is now sleeping with the fishes. Shotguns forever🥲
If you feel you in trouble just quite the game regardless where you are

Its wont reset zombie hp and you will able to sneak them again
Or you can do my trick which turn off wifi to have a time to change your items and healing without get panic
That can even end weapons/skills cd aswell lol
