Short video this one, wasn't planning on filming this leg of the tour. However my first rainbow trout was a bit of a moment so I thought I'd whack together a short clip so that there is a record of it and save the memory. haha. First time I've eaten the fish also. Absolutely beautiful.

Cold plunge good for the blood flow but crazy. I’m with Michelle. Congrats on the trout. Yummy! Fancy! We had the best smoked trout on Bruny Island in Tassie. Added this spot to our list. What a great festival to go to. Looking forward to your take on it. 🥃

Love catching and definitely love eating trout. we hot smoke ours whole some people complain there too bone and taste yuk but we think there amazing eating
They definitely are beautiful to eat. Might try some smoked trout next time I see some.
