Will Poulter buffs up for Adam Warlock - Guardians of the Galaxy 3

- Опубліковано 1 сер 2022
- Actor Will Poulter has been training hard to play Adam Warlock in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy 3 movie.
His appearance at Comic Con and some recent photographs have had fans excited about his transformation, where he will be playing the genetically engineered “perfect being”.
When asked about his training, he says he has to give credit to his team…
He goes on to say that the team were supportive with both the physical and mental side to the transformation, as his restrictive diet impacted him socially.
Although Will isn’t huge by modern day superhero standards, it’s the massive contrast in his physique and appearance that has really caught everyone’s attention.

To people talking shit about steroids (which they obviously know zero about), you don't need steroids (at his age) to get that build when your only job is literally training and you have handlers taking care of your needs. Think about it: you could do it too if you didn't have to work 10-hour days, and had someone cooking and cleaning for you while prompting your workouts.

I like the guy feel he would have done the hard gym work especially as Hollywood trainers know the secrets to getting ripped quickly for movies
@borntodoit8744 No no, don't pull that lol. You started off so good too. Poulter most DEFINITELY IS on gear. No, it's not a magic cure-all, he still HAS TO put in hard work to get the physique, size, and strength. BUT, to say "trainers know the secrets" is fantasy lol. As a user myself I can tell you there's absolutely 0% chance he's not using "something". It is physically impossible for a doughy man his age to grow that fast from just a diet and training. He'd be exhausted, prone to injury from not training that hard, and wouldn't have time to film. I'm all for actors using whatever the hell they want, just don't lie about it lol. Don't let some 12yo kid that looks up to you, maybe even idolizes you, think "with diet and hard work" he can look the same. Just be straight up with people and tell them, "Yeah I hired a trainer and nutritionist, and under a doctor's supervision started TRT and some other things to help me optimize my physique and stave off injuries since I'm not used to lifting this heavy. It's been very hard, painful, difficult, and consuming work, but it got me here!"
