I am preparing to do this job this weekend. Can you clarify about "not hyper extending the CV joints"? What should I do to keep it from hyper extending?
Just make sure you do not stretch the cv axle lengthwise from it’s natural resting position. Any time you stretch it in length you risk the axle coming apart.
U should show the work being done that would really help people like myself by seeing the work being done but very good video
Thank you. Getting ready to do this and this was helpful. Don't listen to that other guy! :)
My Buick awful noise at 50 mph and 60mph
Shock was replaced
Noise was gone
Never good idea to pinch that brake hose like you have.

how do I replace JUST the rear Spring WITHOUT having the Strut/Spring COMBO?
Rear? I haven’t worked in the rear 🤷🏻♂️ sorry.
What brand name loaded struts & springs did you use?
I forget to be honest. They were from a local parts store. She wanted Monroe but this was the “next best”?
Is it the same process for the Chevy Trax? I need them bad
Same chassis so I would think it should be 99+% the same process
U were no help
