I can only view my footage while I’m in my car with it running and it even interrupts my cars Apple CarPlay? I tried viewing in my house but it won’t let me

You need to be connected to the dash cam WiFi to view your footage. That's why you can only view your footage in your car. Once you turn off your car the dash cam turns off and your dash cam WiFi turns off. Also make sure to only allow WiFi connection "While using the app" permission. That may help with your apple car play.

If you install a hardwire kit you can connect to the dash cam WiFi while you are in your home.
