A lot of the effects on the unit have a second page of parameters that you can control by holding down enter as well. You can see by the little triangles under the parameters

Excellent Video, I ordered one back in October 19 2021 and won't be getting mine till some time in the first Quarter of 2022 lol! However the first song I'm gonna get rid of if possible is the first stock beat that comes with the unit. It's burned put man.

It could be a good fx processor, i was hoping I could glue everything together (stereo synth in the rear, other input on the front, all samples) but according to Roland: “You can’t apply the effects assigned to BUS 1-4 to the input sound at the same time.“ So does that mean there’s no way I can glue them all together with a compressor ye?
There's a lot of overlap with these effects, in my humble opinion- I hope with upcoming firmware updates, we can add and/or omit effects according to personal preference.
Unrelated to the content, but when I saw the thumbnail for this I thought Wes was posing as Hasan Abi with glasses and sm7 and was slightly hoping that this whole video would be him pretending to be Hasan talking about the 404 MK2

yyeah that's a legit band member class, check out Animal Collective. several of their members have used the 404 as their weapon of choice live.

can you use it as an "audio through" effect processor (just activating the effects on incoming external sound, without playing the internal sample)?
