This is a very charming area. I love the craftsman architecture in this community. 💯 The draw back with Bankers Hill. Is the planes landing route. But exquisite homes.
I love to see ur videos for soooo many reasons, one is your beautiful and the way you narrate and crystal clear details in explaining things. Thank you
You won’t see that in Mission Hills. There are some homeless in the streets of Hillcrest, but most of the “tent encampments” are in the downtown area and on the overpass on second Ave.
No that is not true, not in this area. However, homeless is increasingly getting worst . They tend to police the higher tax payers property aggressively. The elected officials live in this area as well. Coronado have a 0% homeless problem. And they are successful with not having this problem. They send them to rehab are ticket to their permanent home town.💁🏽

It can be cool to see them going over head because they get so close. But, its biggest downfall when living in Bankers Hill.

I appreciate the kind words. Thx for being here 😌
I didn't see too many driveways leading to a garage in this neighborhood. Beautiful homes, though.
This is my realistic dream place to live in SanDiego ❤
Dreams can come true 🤩
It's a beautiful area, beautiful like Jamie❤
I Love it I ❤it
LOVEEEE
do the homes in historic districts automatically fall into the Mills Act category or do you have to apply for it?
It’s something that has to be applied for.
The intro is on my street
It’s a good street 😁
That area is getting a lot of bad press lately. Homeless drug addicts living in tents and getting paid by the county. Is this true?
