When I was using craftsman weed eaters that's what I use to do was drain the gas out of my weed eater every year when I'm done using it for the season so I went and bought a Stihl fs56 RC string trimmer for my first time owning a Stihl fs56 RC string trimmer it works amazing best weed eater I ever bought in my life I won't go back to Craftsman weed eaters again I will keep using Stihl weed eaters for a long time to come it amazing that Stihl fs56 RC string trimmer has so much power that it blew me away

After 4yrs of craftsman battery weed eater…..I need this in my life so bad right now after buying a house on a corner lot. There’s so much edging and trimming to be done on a weekly basis going forward!
I even took down weeds with it that weed eater took down those weeds like a champ I'm impressed with my Stihl fs56 RC string trimmer I hope any body that's looking for a Stihl trimmer should get one if they can afford it

This attachment is approved for the bigger powerhead such as the STIHL KM 91 R because it has a solid drive shaft. For these reasons we can't recommend that you continue to use the brush with your KM 56 RC. Thanks for understanding.”

Yes, the KM56RCE will fit all attachments, however some, like the power sweep will work best with more hp
