This was a great workout. I enjoyed the mix of Tabata, Strength and conditioning, and core workouts. Admittedly, you almost had me with the jump rope but thankfully I didn’t give up. Do more of this format if you can. Thanks for all you do to push us!

Just finished your shred 3. This was a great compliment to that since i would never be able to finished this if I wasn’t in shape. I’m 64, had a double bypass last year and another stent put in 3 weeks ago. I feel and probably look a lot younger too 😊. Thanks again and will keep an eye out for new workouts ❤

That was a fantastic bootcamp video today,🔝❗🙏 I'm replacing the skipping rope with trampoline jumping And what a fantastic combination of trampoline jumping weights and burpees thanks for your creative ideas🏆🥇
