Gluten free Italian Christmas cookies 🎄 Almond and orange cookies

- Hello everybody ! Today I will show you how to prepare these amazing gluten free Italian Christmas cookies, almond and orange cookies, called ricciarelli.
🇺🇸
Ingrediens:
300 g almond powder
100 g sugar
A pinch of salt
50 g sugar +25 ml water
Juice from 1/2-1 orange
Zest from 1-2 oranges
2 egg whites
Optional 2-3 Tbsp of orange marmalade
Bake at 200•C (possible to reduce to 180•C) fan for 10 minutes.

Ingrediente:

100 g zahăr
Un vârf de cuțit de sare
50 g zahăr + 25 ml apă
Suc de la 1/2-1 portocală
Coaja de la 1-2 portocale
2 albusuri
Opțional 2-3 linguri de marmeladă de portocale
Se coace la 200•C (posibil să se reducă la 180•C) ventilator timp de 10 minute.

Eine Prise Salz

Saft von 1/2-1 Orange
Schale von 1-2 Orangen
2 Eiweiß

Bei 200°C (reduzierbar auf 180°C) Umluft 10 Minuten backen.

Pasiune , gust savoare , iata ce citesc inca din primele clipe ale acestui minunat video . Denisa sincer te-as vedea mai bine in spatele unui cuptor in timp ce gatesti fel si fel de minunati decat in spatele unui pacient caruia te rogi de el sa faca lucrui sanatoase ca sa nu aiva probleme cardio si nu le face. dar soarta ne duce acolo unde nu gandim. de aceea imi exprim aceste ganduri de respect pentru pasiune care se vede prin munca de unde reiese rabdare si delectare nu in cele din urma. AI stiul tau absolut minunat care ne incanta si ochii si papilele gustative. raman fun inflacarat. Nu-mi ramane decat sa iti doresc maini usoare in continuare si sa auzim numai de bine. Doamne ajuta.
Multumesc mult de tot! Ai rezumat perfect conduita in fata pacientului, exact așa este: ma rog sa facă tot ce este sănătos, pt a rămâne sănătos. Dar stim cum se zice: sa faci ce zice popa și nu ce face popa😊
