My hair is thick and fine though. I prefer to braid my hair down. I know it is not as flat but I would rather anchor it to a braid then my poor lil roots. Now if you are only wearing them occasionally I guess that would be less damage and maybe this is what clip ins were intended for…. Not everyday use. Because I’d rather just wear a wig for every day use. And take off at night.
