Getting it expunged is something that one would have to go in front of a judge for. Keep in mind, even when a case is dropped or dismissed, no trial, no guilty finding at all, no plea of guilty, no plea of no contest. On;t a plea of "not guilty" and a request for a jury trial that never came. they dismissed the case so they wouldn't have to give me a trial. To get my cases expunged, all of them each one case by case. times this process by the number of charges, or times arrested. That many trups to court, that much paperwork to fill out and that many times in front of a judge explaining why they should do this. In the paperwork it is clear that I would have had to admit guilt, that's right, admit guilt to something I hadn't been found guilty of. Only accused of and charged with. That right there was the deal breaker for me. If I was going to shoot myself in the foot like that I would have admitted that guilt when the plea deal was offered and saved myself so many trips to court, not have to miss so much work. No judge will grant this expungement to me if I maintain that I was falsely arrested on falsified charges. They are part of the terrorist gang Blue ISIS, no judge is going to put blame on the cops just no way, impossible. I would have had to admit to crimes that I never did
New Orleans arrested and charged me with first degree attempted murder. Case# 573976/m3 Marcus Lloyd price. This case was dissolved. But it is public record. I can't get a job. Or housing, companies that hire felons won't hire me. They don't understand that I don't have a felony. I should be able to sue but lawyers won't talk to me because I have no money.

Deportation records and arrest can be removed after 11 years?
I've been fighting a misdemeanor case for 4yrs and now tier dismissing the case cause the cop is busy w police work, I want my day in court he lied
