I have put on 33kg after giving birth. I m so glad I watched this video. It's really has relaxed me. I have been eating the healthiest food ever.
And exercising regularly. But i so glad that You addressed all my fears. Every night I want to punish my self for the next day, because no one seem to hve noticed. I m so relieved. I m saving and keep watching this video to keep my sanity.. Thank you.

Very valid point at the end of video that we always wait for others to notice the difference in our looks and size in weight loss journey n many a times it happens that the people who see us on day to day basis don't notice much difference but someone who sees us after months can say how much we have lost weight n look fitter . So very valid point to keep in mind that we shudnt measure our success based on others ruler.

Mam diet follow krte samay whey protien lena chiye kya?yaa ni lena ho or lactose intolerance ka b problem ho to kya le fr
If you are lactose tolerant, there are plant based protein also available in market. Don't force yourself to take anything just because the world takes it. Listen to your body! I for one thing have never been able to digest whey properly, it always gave me gas. The points is to feel better, not just look better.
