Hi Cody, I'm more of a lurker than a commenter but have to say you are living my dream... This is what life should be about, thanks for your videos, giving me ideas, when i make my dream a reality... Also, love the fact that you love and care for your animals the way you do.
For all the new viewers who got hooked watching Mumbles, you have to go back and see how it all started with “getting the baby chicks!” It’s amazing to see Cody raise and take such great care of them. So cute to see Bonnie and how she grows with Cody and Echo Pup. Now I know why Echo Pup is so good with the chickens! 🐓He also helped raise them🐣🐥🐤 SUCHA’ GOOD BOY!!!❤
Hello from Washington state! I'm new to your channel, but trying to watch the old videos and catch up. I like watching because you have a calming voice and genuine love of your feathered babies. Thanks for sharing your videos. I'm definitely going to stick around. God Bless ❤
You are just a wow guy! Echo pup has a at times delightful and at times a hard master - but its all good for him! Huh pup - I think I want to hear it almost all the time! Cody, nice work in progress and finished work too! You go Cody!
Nice to see you progress on your projects, and also Echopup being the best guard pup next to you ❤ I'm excited to see if Pam could hatch those duck eggs, and Lil' Rowe's chicks pretty soon
Really enjoyed this video. So much going on and there were a few chuckles along the way. Good save on the door ... you have good instincts and ingenuity. A lot of projects going on and it's kind of cool to move from one to another. It gives your mind time to process and solve ongoing issues. Realizing also that sometimes you put the cart before the horse so if you post an earlier video, eventually the questions get answered. Stay safe nature man.
It must not be illegal to harvest rain water where you are. Some states have it illegal to do that, which is completely mind blowing to me. Little confused listening to your explanation but your system is awesome. I know Mumbles is going to be so happy in that smaller hut. Keep up the amazing work and great videos.
Gosh, your garden is looking gorgeous. I'm jealous. My dad had green fingers and unfortunately i did not inherit them. I often wish he was still with us. I think he was a farm boy by nature. He woukd have loved havinv a homestead like yours❤
Damn you really got veiwers all over the US 😂😂 im in California wanting to have my own ranch like alot of my family in mexico but its way more expensive on this side of the fence
Go on Coby my friend….absolutely nailing it..I’d love to help but way too far away. Still brilliant educational content.Thank you ❤ love Loretta 🏴 I have a little 🐓 rooster xxx you know I’ve followed a while n I always say you work so hard..how is mellisa? X
Love your videos! Have you thought on possibly putting a duck egg or two under Pam, if they are not fertile. Hatching them might put her in a better mood. Echopup got her close up. Beautiful!
Hi Cody, while I love the calm I get from watching you and the critters, that survivalist instinct I have was wondering where you got those cube water tanks...I know you don't always buy new and maybe you know where to get them at a good price? Thanks for doing what you do!
That is a Hilton room of a duck pen!! 👍 You sure are getting alot of rain. It's a good thing as long as it gets time to soak in...if you didn't say, I'd never know you weren't alone in the country!! Your neighbors don't mind all the bird noise? You're lucky for that! You have a great place!! I never knew how to tell if a bird was broody...now I'm sure I'd know!! 😂 I learn so much!! 💕
Hi Cody. I ferl so sorry for Burt and his ladies. They are used to the freedom of free range and now they have to watch all their pals in the wide open space and all that yummy green grass and the worms coming up after the rain. They are stuck in a relatively small space for 7 of them. Is it not possible to enlarge their area? Really enjoyed the video though ❤ from South Africa
Why paint it black? Does it keep algae from growing inside? We are starting up our rain collection in 1 of those this spring for our garden and chickens.
Echopup, sitting in the center of the door frame like center of the picture frame! Good looking pup.

Thank you
Wow!!! This is neat to use all the free resources that nature provides. Echo pup!
Cool ¡! Ive been looking forward to seeing you accomplish this one !¡
I think Mumbles, Rita, and Kacki will love to stay in that new house away from the other ducks, I'm so excited about the pigs and goats coming soon.

So much to do! Always improving something! ❤😊
Another enjoyable video! Pam is a good mom, she’s not letting anything get to her eggs. ❤

Can't wait to see if Mumbles enjoys her new home in her own little house. She's so adorable!
Leaning on the everlasting arms 🎵 🎶 love it🎼 ❤🙏🏽🥹 beautiful work
The rain sounds so soothing...

Echopup really loves the camera 🙂
Pam is such a Momma Bear! You always talk about a join button but I don’t see one and I have looked everywhere.
When you subscribe the join button appears
@@WhittAcresHomestead but I do subscribe to both channels! I’m going crazy. I swear I can’t see it. So weird. I will keep trying.
Echopup for president!!! Is that a wordless 'leaning on the everlasting arms' playing in the background?

The gate near the new duck door. How about hanging the hinges on the other side???

Hi I'm Cody, Thanks! And they're all doing well right now.
I really enjoy how you work with what you have. I do the same and have a patchwork of items creating duck house, duck yard and temporary fence areas.
That's awesome, imagination is underrated
I did the silly exercise of counting, and you said "tank" 20 times! Hahahaha😂😂😂
Nooooo...you kept saying "tank"!😂😂😂
Love your videos! Have you thought on possibly putting a duck egg or two under Pam, if they are not fertile. Hatching them might put her in a better mood. Echopup got her close up. Beautiful!
He actually did put a few duck eggs under Pam 😊
The gate by the duck door opens inside, toward the duck door. Could the gate be flipped so it opens outside instead?
Doing boy things 🤣 oh la la
It is beautiful out there today!
😂🦢🦢🦢
I'm so glad I put all my notifications I finally got one right as you post what did the first 5 minutes
Ahhhh, the door 😊. Pretty well watched door. I'm in Australia 👋🏼
Me too. QLD
Hi Cody, while I love the calm I get from watching you and the critters, that survivalist instinct I have was wondering where you got those cube water tanks...I know you don't always buy new and maybe you know where to get them at a good price? Thanks for doing what you do!
Good job bro ❤
The male toad is the smaller of the species. 😊
And we'll have fun fun fun til Dad takes the T-eggs away......
Would you be able to turn the roller around so that it attaches lower down on the frame of the door? If so then you don't have to alter the door. 🤞

There's a lot of open land but we still have neighbors, trying to get more trees planting to make it feel more secluded
I’m pretty sure that the toads were not playing piggy back 😂 Apparently the females can be larger (or they could both be male)

You can try to talk to HR, but Toby ain't about to take complaints about Pam seriously.
"They're hanging out"
❤❤❤
❤ I can't wait to see the pigs! 🎉
If you want baby ducks it is better to place some under Mumbles. Duck and geese eggs need more humidity.
❤
😂😂low tech rain harvest system 😂😂
Why paint it black? Does it keep algae from growing inside? We are starting up our rain collection in 1 of those this spring for our garden and chickens.
It helps slow algae growth, it doesn't stop it completely
Looking good 😊
I learned a new trick
So... what happened to Echo's foot?
He cut his paw. It'll be in another video coming up
@@WhittAcresHomesteadhe’ll bounce right back. ❤❤❤
Gonna make a house for your pup too?
The dog house is by my vege garden. It doesn't get used though, Echopup is always by my side.
How many did ya leave her...
Too many
Buy moore geese😎💪💪👑👑
Why do you have to paint it black
Insulation
@@michaelpritzlaff7663Appreciate...that question was on my mind. Thanks.
It is to prevent algae growth in the water.
Less sunlight, less algae growth
@@weehelen1 thank you I really couldn't thank you
I'm not sure if this has been said. But the big toad is a female and the little is a male. They were breeding at the end
How fun
Looking good 😊
