Have you ever been ghosted by a client? 😮 Share your story in the comments, and let's see how common this issue really is! 💔👻

Interested in deeper dives for all those topics!😁

Yes ! ✊️ This really resonates! When I started out I got stuck attracting people who were always trying to get my prices down. It can make you lose confidence in yourself and your work.
Now I have come back to Photography I am paying attention to who I attract. Your video is a great reminder to stay conscious of it. Thank you! ❤🎉🙏

Thanks for sharing! I’d love to hear more about the video inquiry reply or even see an example.

Great suggestion Pilar! I can definitely dive deeper and share a full example in a future video. But this is essentially just a short personalized message acknowledging something they shared with you in the initial inquiry (ie: about their vision, venue, what they’re excited about, etc.) to share in their excitement. If you’ve photographed at the venue before it would be great mention that as well, or anything that would be helpful or be a quick connection and/or authority builder. And then, you’ll want to end with a CTA of the next step to take. Typically this will be to set up a time to meet and get to know each other more, answer any questions they have & chat over plans for the shoot. This is similar to what you’d include in the email but adds a friendly personal touch where they get to see and hear your excitement for their shoot. :)

Thanks Paul! Would love to hear how it works for you 🙂 and yes, short is best. Just a friendly, helpful video to connect. I’m all about finding simple ways to surprise & delight throughout the customer journey, and the earlier we can start that in their experience with us the better!

Hi Chelsea, thanks for the info... I have Calendly and hardly use it... I totally agree, the larger the client, the less time they have..

Happy it was helpful! 🙂I used to not take advantage of Calendly much either, but when I started sharing it earlier in my inquiry process I found it made a big difference in getting consultations set up quicker and easier (which is where more of the connection and magic happens!)
