I was watching an interview with Marina Whitman - the daughter of the prolific 20th century polymath John von Neumann. She commented on the difficulties of having a famous and high achieving father. It seems that the daughters of modern day celebrities and TV personalities don't have these issues. Their parents simply provide a stepping stone to prominence with no expectations of greatness.
