Hello Muhammad, when I run petalinux-boot --qemu --kernel, I get the following error message "qemu-system-aarch64: -net nic,vlan=1: 'vlan' is deprecated. Please use 'netdev' instead. Segmentation fault (core dumped)." I would appreciate your help. Thanks!
Thank you for the link. I forgot to mention that this error shows up when I try to boot a linux OS that has been configured with my own custom hardware created in Vivado on the picozed board. However it works fine when I follow your tutorial for the zed board. Any ideas as to why this can cause the problem?
if you have a customized hardware generated by vivado, my video is not valid any more. You need to follow a different procedure, please read the link (medium.com/@aptaylorceng/microzed-chronicles-petalinux-build-5a47b9a7d6d6) as an example.

How to solve this issue?
This happens when there is a mismatch in OS requirement for petalinux tools. Check the OS requirement for your petalinux version.
But you never posted any further videos than this and one more on this topic???!!!! Are you upset about the response you got on this video?
