Krups ea81 coffee machine grinding time problem. What could it be?

I replaced the power board with a new one, the problem was fixed in a week and again the grinder started grinding for 2-3 seconds at normal 7 sec, in which it makes poor coffee. Someone who had the same problem?

grinding time is suposted to be adjusted automatically, maybe it thinks its overfilling and its decreasing the grinding time
