Such a simple yet fun boss.
we just had a resto druid with massive healing output, every time those bats came in they loved to fly to their fav tree, then they used disorienting roar which just left them all stood in place waiting for the bear tank to run through them and thrash, the roar has a 30 sec cd too so it's up for every set of bats.
Looking back, this boss must have had the biggest change from LFR to Mythic. One of the hardest bosses on LFR and one of the easiest in Mythic. I think Dark Shaman was the easiest Mythic boss. But Malkorok comes close.
"I'M KILLING EVERYONE!" and "Thanks for watching, Darling" made me laugh too much :D
To those saying this looks like an easy encounter... it is and isn't. x3
It's certainly a simple enough encounter on paper, but the randomness of the Imploding Corruptions and the lack of 'permanent' indication for the Arcing Smashes before Breaths can wall an unprepared raid. x3 You HAVE to have everyone survive Phase One, you CAN'T afford to miss too many Implodes, or else you simply won't have enough people/health to soak and survive phase 2.
I'm sure you're perfect and have never made a typo in your entire life.

We found that if you had a holy pally, having them turn on Righteous Fury helped determine exactly who was getting smacked first :)

have to say love the fact that Fatboss is back doing guides, but i would highly recommend for more in detail guides to check out Gabestah, there videos are pretty awesome and seeing 11k views here and 120 on gabestah and there are much better, these are more entertaining yh but the gabestah ones will help you more, anyway nice to have Fatboss back, btw i have no affiliation with gabestah. good luck to everyone in the new Tier

Hi, I love the way you guys explain the fights to everyone and getting it from many different POV's. I play as a Resto shaman On Sylvanis EU (Bloodburn), and i have one question about Nimitaz the resto shaman in the video, At 3:45, when he moved left to step into the Implosion, right after it went off, he used Spirit link, please tell me why. Our guild is moving on to Malkrok next week, and i want to know everything i can. Thank you so much.

Best way to deal with the tank debuff is taunting first one on 12-15 and after that just taunting as it drops.
I'd like to know the ui addons of the shammy, the unitframes are so perfectly placed!

Just wondering what for Item Level is acceptble in normal raids and what was the avrage IL you had in this run?
Does shields on you "add" to your max hp or is the it calculated before other absorbs?

Heroic Leap, Shockwave, thunderclap/Rend, Dragons roar, Mocking banner. Pitiful if all of these would go unused perhaps.

you should have asked could you tank the bats rather than doing the stand at the boss and get hit in the face portion of the tanking. I done the bats, great fun and pretty scary trying to judge which healer was going to get bat raped.

don't think it's gonna work... If the boss is on the edge, that means ranged and healers will have to be around the middle of the room. So the opposite end of the room is going to be empty and if spawns purple shit circles; you're toast...
you'll probably want a 522 ilvl to start SoO

I'd say some of it does.
Depeding on your item level, this is still a hard raid, even if you're lvl 100. In Legions (lvl 110), chances are, most of it won't matter. MOST of it.

WHat Ui is that FatBoss?
Going out on a limp I'd actually rather say 530+, but keep in mind the your Ilvl is not at all what makes you a decent raider. You could start with 510 as long as you're a good player. If you have 999+ but you're shit, yeah, it won't matter.
