Hi @Dynamicsdojo have you been able to resolve the issue from Copilot email compose, 9:39? I'm struggling, two users are affected here, if I have the same security rights it works correctly.. But for them it does not. Error looks exactly as on your screen, there is nothing more.
Hi. I didn't resolve that issue. But in my most recent trial environment I haven't seen that error, it works fine. I always demo as System Admin. If it was me I'd make sure I was troubleshooting in a sandbox and only testing any potential resolution steps there. If you're in the sales App , I did a video on configuring Copilot in Sales, but this is using the latest preview features. I would check any licensing allocation for those users and see if there are any security role privileges that may exist for Copilot or even Email Activity, as you need to have an email open to be able to use the Copilot Compose feature. At least in Sales app, you cannot select it until you have an email open. Hope you can resolve this soon.
