I know this has been up for a while but it helped me get the bar into the low bar position after watching it and learning to squeeze my shoulder blades together. I immediately felt stronger. Thanks for the excellent coaching. Now if my gym could get a safety bar to help with my shoulder pain…. Thanks again!!
'somethin hurts you gotta lift anyway' This is exactly what I was saying when I first felt a slight hip pain. Then it progressed into major hip pain. I'm now ending my week of rest and I'll be back in the squat rack Monday. I can rest when I'm dead, let's just hope whatever was tearing is recovered.
