  • Pole Flow Tutorials are finally here!
    www.poleflow.com
I’m putting together what I’ve learned in 10 years of teaching pole, 28 years of dance, and 17 years in the physical wellness industry. I’m applying all of my experience to the creation of Pole Flow® tutorials for ALL LEVELS.
The first ten videos are available NOW! : )
    Pole Flow® videos include:
Movement Preparation: These are the juicy, wavy, warm-ups, and the functional mobility sessions that enhance your awareness and movement abilities.
Creative Fuel: You can’t run the creative engine without fuel. In these videos, I thoroughly explain creative concepts that can take you on a unique movement journey.
Pole + Floor Technique: These are the “how to do a thing/sequence” videos. Along with my best tips, I’ll always include ideas to help you create your own expression of the movements. Expect a blend of Slow + Low sessions, Static Rotations, and maybe a sprinkle of Spin Pole.
Many videos will cross boundaries, so be sure to read the description first.
Rather than wedging myself into a Bird Of Paradise and telling you all the ways you can try to make your body do the thing, I’m sharing what you can do RIGHT NOW to make a big difference in your movement, and more importantly, your experience of your movement.
I know it’s fun to watch and try the fancy stuff. But when the foundations alone take years to lay, it can be discouraging. You already have so much to work with. If it doesn't feel that way, let me show you.
This collection will be unlike anything else available. Over the past few years I’ve spent most of my free time studying sustainable movement practices. In other words, I feel well-equipped to prepare you for better movement ALL of the time. Not just with the pole.
I’ve also spent a lot of time investigating the components that lead to immersion-that place where we are finally able to lose ourselves in our dance. The environment, the sound, the pacing of cues are all very important. While I can’t go in and change your training space, I can do my best to bring you into mine.
Nothing can compare to the experience of being in the same physical space as your guide, but I do believe that the way things are explained, even on video, can make a world of difference.
