Thank you so much for this video. My stupid dentist told me to do the exact opposite of this. I’m on my 7th day of trismus. I’m glad I came across your video. Just took ibuprofen and an forcefully keeping my mouth open now. Hopefully I can reverse it still. 8th day tomorrow!
Yes same my stupid dentist told me not to touch or do anything . I am still in recovery process after a few months of pain and stiffness 😩 I stretch my mouth daily now
sokunthearaek3754: have you recovered and regained your mouth opening. I am in my 3rd week of having an opening of 5mm between my front teeth. I get stiffness and pain when I tried to eat or put a large vitamin in my mouth. I cannot floss or clean the inside surfaces of my teeth, and all that the dentist say is “it happens and it is unavoidable” I am really worried.

I have trismus and it is week 5, I am only a little bit better, I am very discouraged and frightened. My dentist said it should be better in 2-3 weeks and now says by 2 months. . Do I need another kind of Dr or special
