Thats cool. Would the train go through really bad weather like tornados and high winds? Or would it be unsafe and possibly damage the machinery?

Wind and rain really isn’t too much of an issue, but flooding and lightning strikes are the biggest risks. Tornadoes can derail trains, there is a video of one on UA-cam, it’s quite nasty
