Krishnappa Sir, i tried chicken briyani. It came out very well and was very tasty. For the first time, it didn't become like mudde anna. Pls teach, how to make briyani using pressure cooker weight. Is it 1 whistle or 2 whistle. When i make, it will always become mudde.
1 whistle on medium high flame then keep it the lowest all on a smallest burner for maximum of 5 kg cooker. Always use 1121 basmati rice or any brand available in market but long grain rice which is Old.
