I thought it would be about "paye" (literally goat hoofs), tongue ( yes tongue 👅), oojhri (small intestine), kaleeji (liver), kapoore ( testicles ), takatak (heart kidney liver sometimes even testicles and other part mixed with masala/spices) or maghaz (goat brain which is actually very delicious)🤣🤣 yes we pakistanis eat every one of these things and most of them somehow taste very good 🤣🤣
