So heres a fact. You will find people woth similar facial/skin features in karachi's area called Lyari ..and they are called Balochs (because their ancestors come from the province of Balochistan -Makraan region)....never call them a 'Makraani', because it is equal to calling them as 'Nigga'.. So if you call them 'Baloch' they will be more then happy to interact with you. Unfortunately they are the most poverty stricken / deprived of jobs and have very less education.
