Great way to keep the mind busy! My wife, Gloria, does Seek N Find Word Games and keeps a daily journal. We are both in our 70s...I just turned 75 yesterday! I like to read and play word games on my tablet. Thanks for this suggestion...Chuck D.😀😀
I received my sticker book. When I want to de stress I work on it. Relaxing. Someone mentioned that his 5 year old could do it. Not so. Go to kids sticker books for young kids.
Several friends gave me adult coloring books when I became too sick to keep working. I have colored a page or two, but I find the pictures to be extremely intricate and trying to color within the lines is difficult. Plus, it strains my eyes to concentrate on such fine marks. I think I could color non-stop for the rest of my life and NEVER finish the handful of books. I think I'll stick with child coloring or teenage coloring. ☺️
I completely agree with you! Those adult coloring books have really intricate designs that would drive my eyes crazy. I'll stick to the younger age coloring books too! 🙂
I bought a cute kids coloring book, but bought colored pencil's . But I got the ones you can wet the colored tips and paint with them too. There good for touching up chipped pottery too. 2 pks of pencils and book under $10.00. The net says it's good for your memory? I found Brain Strong from Walgreens works good for focus and memory. I like it! I wouldn’t tear out page though but keep them in book….once pages are torn out could become damage . I like to work on 300 large piece puzzles . Very rewarding and easier for senior
This is a good idea Rusty. I do crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles. Studies have shown these type hobbies can help prevent the onset of Alzheimers and Dementia.

I can't draw but when I see this instructor showing kids how to draw step by step, my drawings aren't have bad. Some might think it's silly but it's free, keeps your mind busy, and a bit of a challenge. I bet the goat would try it.
