Akhil you are lucky to get such a great guest on your podcast. The loudness of your voice due to closeness to the mic was overpowering the guest's voice. Nevertheless, always a treat to listen to Professor Pant
Prof. Pant’s maternal aunt ( MAOUSI) was the most celebrated Hindi writer Smt. Gaura Pant, better known by her pen name “ SHIVANI”. Famous journalist Mrinal Pande is his cousin. What an incredibly knowledgeable man you are. Encyclopedia of knowledge.
Mr. Kothari, please arrange for more such video interviews with Prof. Pant on individual foods, i.e. each episode dedicated to one particular kind of food.
If red chilles are brought into Bharat by arab/Portuguese people please remember for several centuries pratyangari homam is conducted in tamilnadu kumbakonam on amavasya in the famous temple where Red chillies in tonnes is offered in the homam..
It is mandatory that interviewer has done his homework and is able to drive the discussion. It does not mean that the accountability is put on the speaker to speak whatever he can talk. The interview lacks any understanding of history or geography and has no sense of framing sensible questions. He doesn't have any idea about where is Kathiawad or Shantiniketan or where Ratnagiri or Devgarh is. A great oppertunity to extract knowledge from Professor Pant is miserably missed. I lost it when he said "makool matlab"?
He summerized a ''living legend'' in 20-25 podcast ka ''material''....such an irony....and for humor check all the podcast...Mr.Pant is like..''kahan phans gaya" :P
Prof pant is a mahasagar of knowledge on the chapter of food of india but to me it felt like the host lost opportunity to ask good questions. He largely agreed with the prof on everything and only asked cliched questions. The host needs to improve his knowledge to ask better questions. Pantji ironically left out pahadi pandits who are known to eat meat while listing out the pandits who eat non veg food.😂
yaar ye food fenku hai ... issue of origin can be settled by dna sequencing ... mirch tamatar aloo brinjal ye solanum se related hai lekin sirf isliye ke solanum yahaan bhi thay ye sab local hai wo kahani toh fiction hai ... haan natural hybriding hui hogi lekin ye sabb dna studies se sabit karna padega ... kuch man made crosses honge
18 min tak dekha fir jhel nahi beech beech mein tarr tarr… Bhaiya jab itna bade admi ka interview kiya karo to bar bar, g g hun hun okay okay wow... mat kiya karo. Prof Pant ka interview Lallantop par Saurabh Dwivedi ne kiya hai, dekho aur seekho beech mein kitne awaaz karta hai.
You need to improve yourself when you take an interview. You intrupt the flow a lot and you don't have to say Ji after every sentence. It is respectful but you are doing a podcast. Do not inrupt the speaker.... An opportunity wasted!
Pura India ka blog se jyada content hai is admi mein. What a man

Centuries can be 500 years.। Not 2000 years.।
@@nishant_kharkwal sri mahapratyangira devi temple is at least 1000 year old.
Please add english subtitles to the video. Becomes more inclusive that way

It's not Delhi but Bombay is the food capital of India. Here you get all type of authentic food which you don't get any where in India.
Visit delhi,
