At 0:15 her smile gets a little less happy and as if more contemptuous when she flips the kid off and at 0:35 she also starts to smile not like she’s happy about the birds singing but more because of her anticipation of striking them xD
This portrayal is not that far off given that the real Julie Andrews of that time was not as wholesome and sweet off camera as the Mary Poppins she played..
