It's not that I think they stopped, it was likely Toei not giving them the Dub licenses to Dub the other openings since there are different artists outside of Hiroshi Kitadani who did the music for the openings. And a decent number of those song openings are original music that ain't just One Piece music.

We got all Openings in German. Only the 2nd Opening what was only realesed in Japan.
