I have 17years of experience and duting 2014 to 16 i took inservice Bsc nsg. This is the only gap. I cleared oet , cbt and still working. Isthis gap a problem.
If you are currently working for last six months and above and you meet other mandatory requirments , then there will be no issue!! Please pray and wait for the interview call👏

One good thing is , they are having lot of vacancies, they will be coming back one more time later. Unconditional offer letters are given on spot. Today I feel more than 70% people got offer. Today they took people with gap and even with just 8 months experience. As per them August or after that month one more mass interview coming up. Be still working. Now they are tough in questions. Mostly scenario based and asking lot of questions. So prepare well
