I can imagine someone using that sound clip in a gmod animation where all the survivor become power ranger combing into a giant mech and 1 shot the zombie with 1 giant lazer canon

But in TF2 there are a lot more players and everyone of them shouts commands and they are heard by both teams. Would be an absolute pain to the ears if everyone would shouts about reloads, especially when they happen every 2 seconds.
