Absolutely amazing! I'm buying an air fryer today! I made it in my backyard pizza oven, and it turned out delicious. I also prepared a yogurt mint sauce with green hot chili, which added a unique flavor that all my guests enjoyed. Additionally, I made pita "sliders" with this chicken for the office morning tea/brunch/lunch for my staff. Everyone loved it and licked cleaned their plates! Finally, let's help her channel reach 100K subscriptions by the end of the month. She is an incredible and humble individual. Thank you again and we need a recipe / cookbook from you. :)
Hi Shamza! I made this today and what can I say, WOWZER!! Mouth watering delicious! The only change I made was that I used my homemade ginger and garlic puree which I use for my Indian cooking instead of the powder. I'll definitely be making this again and the trick with the barbecue coal was a brilliant idea! Thanks for sharing and I'll also be checking out your other recipes. Thank you!!
How are you finding doing the bulk of your cooking on a ceramic hob? I recently moved from having gas all my life to a ceramic electric one; and have been struggling to get all the heat settings right and used to how it works - your channel is very helpful around telling what number setting you normally use!
It was very difficult at the beginning but the more I've used it the easier it's got. Like you I cane from using gas and this was totally new to me, over time you adapt and get used to it. Thank you very much, I'm glad the videos are helping.
Your tandoori chicken kebabs in the air fryer is a regular for me, so I'm ready to try this! I'm just worried about that marinade having had raw chicken in it. I assume cooking it in the Air Fryer kills the bacteria.
If your worried cook the marinade on its own for a little longer, then add the chicken back in, but we have had no issues. It should be boiling when it comes out at the end with the chicken in it
Hi Shamza, thanks for another enticing recipe. I am trying this tomorrow but wanted to ask if I could use a piece of barbecue charcoal instead or coal? Thanks! Uzma

Ho Shamza, I also have a ceramic hob and never bought a portable gas stove. Is this okay/safe to use indoors because of the fumes? I would use to make roti on if I bought one. Please can you let me know what brand stove it is you are using. Many thanks and I love this recipe!! X
Please be very careful throwing the coal away - it will be lit for over an hour so will set alight to any flammable material. Also, please use ghee or butter rather than oil - oil will turn to trans fat which isn’t good for anyone. Great recipe as usual 🎉🎉🎉
Can you name the brand of the coal? Because nearly all of them have added chemicals to make having a bbq easier. So thats why I have not been able to buy them, the added chemicals go into the food. I bought liquid smoke bottle as well but I haven’t even used that to imitate the flavour.
Shamza, I don’t often post with kudos, but oh my that is seriously an amazing flavour. Give yourself a pat on the back. I cook British Indian restaurant style mainly but this is worth the effort. John
Hi Shamza, me again. If using chicken breast, how long do you advise cooking time is adjusted? Also, can the chicken be left to marinate overnight? Thanks again! Uzma
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Hi Shamza, I cooked it for 16 minutes and it turned out just right. What difference it makes by putting it back in with the marinade! Absolutely delicious! Thank you. Would love a recipe for chicken Mughlai or chicken Mumtaz. Love your recipes!
Shamza, your channel is now officially my you tube favourite.

Hi, do you have a prawn curry recipe?

@mylittlekitchen can you please explain the difference between SALAN and SHORBA ? As in aloo salan vs aloo shorba? Thanks 🙏

Please make naga king prawn bhuna (with 2 big heaped tsps mr Naga chilli achar) my favourite 🇧🇩 dish
Thanks for the suggestion, I'm not sure my family could handle that much chilli, even my husband doesn't have naga that often and he loves spice.

I have no idea, this coal was taken from a throw away bbq.
Talk to Punjabi to please
