The Bible tells us God will gather all those everywhere even in the sea so it doesn't matter weather one dies in an airplane crash, drowning, or is buried or not, our spirit and soul is separated from our body. Our bodies are just our shell and we have an awesome, all powerful and all knowing God who is not limited on whether we are buried or cremated. He will give us a new body. It's ridiculous how some underestimate the all powerful God who has the power to not just kill the body but the soul so please keep your tradition or belief to yourself and stick with what the Bible actually says. Christians need to be a Berean where we each know exactly what our Bible says instead of just believing everything that is taught from the pulpit. The Bible tells us not to be deceived over and over so know your own Bibles and don't be deceived by traditions.

Look at the lies that were told from the pulpit in the days before people could even read, yes the so called ministers of Gods word have a lot to answer for.
ALOT of people are being cremated because they can't afford to be buried. Atleast here in the South.
🎉 it's hard to believe that there was a time when everybody could afford to be buried . And now it's become like everything else it's just a greedy entity. It's just like the rest of the world it's a huge corporate world and even some of the churches have become corporate. What really gets me is that some of these churches and their congregation are going to be in for a rude awakening. I've been to many churches and different denominations and haven't quite found the church that sounds most like Jesus Christ. That's why Jesus came so we could know who he was and what he loved and what he hated. Jesus was not a wimp, he was a Spitfire and he spit the fiery truth right into the scribes and Pharisees and even told them that they were of their father Satan. When it comes to money and when money is all about the church, then we know we're in big trouble. When Jesus walked this Earth he walked this Earth as a poor man he said foxes have holes the birds of the air have Nest but the son of man hath not where to rest his head. Jesus's primary audience was the poor and the broken and all those that lost heart because the scribes and Pharisees of his day and time condemned the poor people just as the modern day scribes and Pharisees do in this day and time. All the money that goes into your church goes to the corporate office. That is not the way it was when I was growing up. What money came into the church in the city that you lived in it went to the community to help the poor and the needy and they don't give it all away they have high-dollar salaries instead of take what they need in their tents as God said in the wilderness of Moses and the Hebrew children. God said take what you need into your tents and there were those who took more into their tents and God killed the fattest of them. On every piece of money it says trust in God and there's a reason for that because there are people who trust more in their money than they do in God and the truth be known we know that the Antichrist is coming and something is going to happen maybe a Cyber attack and it's going to wipe out every Bank and there will be no records of your money even if you have millions of dollars in the bank this is the way Antichrist is going to get control. We only have a short time left and before the Rapture and I believe it could happen any day. But even as God said in the book of Isaiah the wages of the poor RN the rich man's house and that's what's happening now greed and selfishness and everything that Jesus said would come to pass it is coming to pass now.

Easy answer here is yes. It's perfectly fine. If my God is not capable of reassembling me, then he's not God. God created everything with a word, he can create us anew. In Jesus name, all things are possible.
Do you realize the cost of a funeral,an unregulated industry were people spend money they don't always have.
Its because its too expensive for most people to bury their loved ones. I know that the Bible says the spirit goes back to God, who gave it.

In 1 Corinthians 13:3, the apostle Paul writes, “And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.” Again, nowhere in the passage is cremation frowned upon.
What about God’s martyrs who have been burned to ashes? It’s difficult to imagine them being denied The Lord’s favor because they ended up as ashes.
Exactly, it is like saying that if you perish in a house fire, you are lost forever.
So sad that the days of burying in a family plot in the backyard are gone. It disgusts me that funeral homes cost a fortune. It’s shameful that death is a business! Also, what if one is burned in a house fire? They had no choice! I am torn about this, but I can say that I do not want to be cremated. My prayer is that I’m raptured so I don’t have to make that choice.
Funerals are expensive, and no other choice is there? God is bigger to worry about cremation.

It don't matter if god is so powerful he will raise you buried or cremated and you will be given a new body to home your soul

This is a personal decision, but since Jesus was buried, I think I'll do it that way unless the rapture happens first. Praise to the Lord Jesus Christ !

How nice to have a grave like the kings of Israel and like Moses. Rachel, Rebecca, Jesus. My father was missed in the sea together with 10 other crew members,. They never were found.
It is nice, yes, to have a magnificent tomb for our mortal remains --- but only for those left behind! The departed soul has vacated that earthly body, so how it is disposed of has no effect on the immortal soul.
You miss your father and not having a place where his physical remains are. But he and the others still have each a soul that never dies. Let that be your comfort. 😊

My opinion: if God says himself “You Will Return to Ash” yet we embalm ourselves body upon death, then we deny Gods Word. Our body will not return to ash.
When Jesus said ' go to every corner of the earth and preach the good news to every creature'. When saying that Jesus certainly knew there are different cultures and customs in the world. I agree. If cremation were a problem then the Bible would have given us a warning. You can have an open casket and still be be cremated. It's my families tradition to not make a big fuss over our empty husk. We'll have a nice memorial but not to spend unessecary funds (funds that are and were scarce enough is it is).

When I was first considering cremation, I researched what happens during cremation. You are not completely correct in your explanation according to my research. You were correct that the body is not burned but heat is applied until all moisture is removed. The remains consist of its of bone, some teeth, and dust like material. The bones and teeth are pulverized prior to returning the remins to the family. As you said God is all powerful and I trust Him to do what He wills to benefit those that have accepted His son.

Burial is now only affordable for the rich, but the Bible says it's easier for a camel to enter the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. The pathway to paradise is getting narrower for both rich and poor.
What happens to those who die in house fires, plane crashes and are burned to death? Does God make exceptions for how we die? As land use becomes more crucial for housing, etch. Cemeteries will no longer be viable .There are many sides to this issue.

I do not know your position in any religious order, the biggest issue is respect for a body after death that is totally backwards respect the person while they are alive. Saul, his sons, witches, seers, etc. All of the righteous, David, Abraham, Noah etc. were buried. If you are a Christian it doesn't matter, but for me i will be buried as a testament to my belief in being ressurected and having my body changed, yes, this mortal body will be changed into a glorious new body.
