Very good job done by Mr.Vijaykumar and very informative interview. Congratulations to Mr.Vijay Kumar. But it is incorrect that statue whose export invoice is lesser than Rs.40,000 does not require scrutiny/verification. Export of any statue require Non-Antiquity Certificate from the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). Without this certificate from ASI, the statue will not be allowed to be exported by Customs.

எங்கள் குலதெய்வம் கோவிலில் கும்பாபிஷேகம் விமர்சயாய் நடந்தது. எங்கள் குடும்பத்தின் சொந்தங்கள் அனைவரும் மண்டலாபிஷேகத்தில் ஒருநாள் கலந்துகொண்டனர். அப்போது நான் சிங்கப்பூரில் இருந்ததால் போகமுடியலை. Photos அனுப்ப சொன்னேன். Photoவை பார்த்த எனக்கு மிகுந்த அதிர்ச்சி. மூல விக்ரஹம் அம்மன் எங்கள் அம்மனே இல்லை.எல்லோரிடமும் இதை சொன்னா பாதி பேருக்கு அது தெரியவில்லை. மீதி சொந்தங்கள் பெரிசா எடுத்துக்கவும் இல்லை. எங்கள் அம்மன் எங்கு இருக்கிறாளோ என்ற கவலை என்னை அரித்துக்கொண்டே இருந்தது. During my next visit to our village, ஊர் பெரியவரிடம் கேட்டேன். அவர் அந்த சிலையை பீடத்தில் புதைத்துவிட்டு புதிய சிலை செய்துவிட்டோம்னு ரொம்ப casualஆ சொன்னார். அதில் ஏதோ ஒரு பாகம் பின்னமாகியதாய் சொன்னார். அதற்கு 4 மாதங்களுக்குமுன் நான் அவளை சேவித்தபோது ஜம்மென்று அழகாய்தான் இருந்தாள். அப்படியே பின்னமானாலும் எந்த ஊரிலும் அப்படி புதைக்கமாட்டார்கள். அவளுக்கு உயிர் இருக்குனு கத்தினேன். யாரும் கண்டுக்கலை. அந்த சமயத்தில் ஜப்பான் embassy ஏதோ எங்கள் ஊருக்கு orphanage கட்டிக்கொடுத்தாய் கேள்விப்பட்டேன்.
அவர்களுக்கு போயிருக்குமோனு ஒரு சந்தேகம். எங்கள் அம்மனை எப்படியாவது மீட்கணும். உதவ முடியுமா?
மதுராந்தகம் அருகே வில்லராயநல்லூர் கோவேலி அம்மன். ஊர் எல்லையில் இருக்கும் கோவில். இந்த சம்பவம் நடந்தது மே 2014.
