It's such a great project! I have one of the 30cm by 30cm cross stitch convertions from Jaded Gem Shop and once I do that, if I can manage the process, I'm certanly getting the set to do this one. I love Loki sooo much! Looks amazing!
Love how he turned out! I hope there’s a change in the quality of 310s in the future, I assume the issue is the saturation of dye that a solid black requires. And it makes visual quality checks more difficult but it’s such a waste having to get rid of all of the trash.
Thank you for the review and information. Yes I’ve found the 939s and 310s squares have been (excuse the expression) lousy. I’ve had plenty, but have flipped off and on between projects just because of it. I will probably order a quantity just in case I run into it again. Appreciate your honesty in these reviews. Just being informed would not put me off just make me more prepared in case. Peace and love abide with you 💕

I did the Advent calendar, a mini from Jade, and now working on a full-sized Princess panel. I would start with a mini to see if this is your thing or not, and also there is a bit of learning curve with the program (at least for me). The UK company is going to have the Advent kit available in a few months (last year's).
Is there any other small businesses that have snack size conversion sets. I so want to do one but at this time Jaded doesn’t have one that’s my style . Thanks for all u do !!
Diamond Art Studio UK has done an advent-style cross stitch conversion kit, but I’m not aware of any other shops doing the minis like Jaded Gem Shop. Hopefully she’ll be adding more artwork, and something your style!
I am doing Princess Giselle. I bought her early summer, and not having a problem with the 310's. Maybe it's a later problem? There is no way I could do this in a few weeks :). I love doing cross-stitch conversion. I also have Pocahontas, but Giselle has a long way to go. I think the hardest part is explaining to other people what you are doing. A friend found a cross-stitch kit cheap, and was going to get it for me. No! I don't want to do cross-stitch. With the Advent calendar, oh, did you have to sew it together? No, it's a diamond painting :). As you mentioned, for people new to it, I would recommend Jade's mini's to try it, and for learning the tablet program. I am using Markup R-XP (Apple).
Probably a lot. I got a blank canvas and diamonds for a cross-stitch conversion and it was$ 135. For a 40 color kit. It's been a month and I still haven't got my order. She does say it could be 3 to 12 weeks though.
For the canvas, drills, and the kit up service, I paid around $150 after tax (all from Jaded Gem Shop). Then the chart from Creatively Stitching was $17. It’s pricey but for me, it was worth it!
