    Flowing like water & I love seeing the extension of the foot to waist level and not kicking up high to shoulder height. This looks attainable and sustainable. thank you

    You have a tendency to lean forward too much (almost like you doing Wu form ,not Yang). Suspend the head, tuck the chin,there is no point of opening the lower back if your head is not suspended from above. Other then that all looks good.

      This is call hollow the chest and raise the back. When you are too upright, you don't have much power. Most fighting positions are a little rounded. What you describe is more modern Yang.
