This came with the mishimoto kit. I opted to get the NPT probe from them As well to fit into the radiator instead of the radiator hose for a cleaner look
The probe allows the new electric fan to turn on at a certain temperature instead of running constantly. It's basically just a thermometer to control the fan.
What kind of info would you like to know so I can make a better detailed DIY video. Was having camera issues filming this particular video and lost a lot of clips.
does your fan stay on with it tapped into the radio fuse? i found in my car that fuse still has 12v on it even when the ignition is off and my fan will stay on until it has reached its bottom end temp
The fan will stay on for a little bit after I turn off the car sometimes but I am gonna figure out where else the radiator can be wired in so it doesn’t do it anymore
@@MunichVenom I ended up tapping to the reverse light fuse which is also a 10A but I figure since that is not a constant draw it's fine and has been for a few weeks now. The fan now turns off with the Ignition and no more people asking why my fan is still on when I turn my car off.
Wow this was an incredibly helpful video!
Thank you, appreciate it !!
Thanks bro, this is one of the clearest explanation on wiring. 👍
This kit came with the fuse and the black wire loom tubing?

Why do you need this exactly? To cool the car more efficiently?

Could you make a further detailed diy

The way it’s wired right now is how mishimoto recommends having it wired in the car

Thanks for the tip. I’ll have to check that out as well and not have the car sounding like a tornado when I walk away sometimes lol
