Mark love these videos mate, can’t wait for you to come to brands hatch it’s my local. You should do a photo meet up here, there’s a lot of photographers that came last year.
Thanks! It’ll be tough to find the time at Brands I think. It’s my first GTWC Sprint weekend and the schedule is pretty packed. Also a new circuit for me so I may need to just focus on work for the most part…and sneaking in a bit of vlogging
Oh no, that face of going to Islands and being disappointed. I think Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles isn't too far from Downtown Long Beach. This year was my first time at the grand prix and it was a blast.
It’ll be super cool to see you shooting a track here in the UK! This is a bit of a random question, but what do you do if a client retires early from a race? Do you just cut whatever you’re sending them out short?
I’ll usually have a caveat in my contract around this. I still get paid in full. Not my problem you crashed and I’ve spent money to get to the race to work for you. I tend to always be ready to change plans. Sometimes you plan some awesome recap video you’ve been working towards all weekend and they retire in hour 2 of a 24 hour race. This happened to me at Spa last year. I sent what I could and I told them a long form video like they wanted just wasn’t possible anymore and they were very understanding. I sent them some free content at a later race time help make them feel better.
This channel is so underrated. I love Long Beach I go all 3 days every year the variety is unmatched.
Thanks for the insights, love getting to hear your perspectives on working in the industry, and especially answering questions.
gotta say this was by far my favourite vlog yet love the long form content keep it up!
More to come!
Mark, these videos are so good. I love seeing stuff from your perspective and taking your tips & applying them to my photo journey.
My pleasure!
Love that slomo of the Proton Mustang
Definitely one of the more underrated channels on UA-cam and always at the top of my watch list
I appreciate it! Thanks for the kind words!

Always cool to see your perspective from these race weekends. ❤
Great video of guy filming himself filming racing. No racing mind you, just a guy filming himself
IMSA posts the full races if you want to watch just racing 😊

Food was decent frozen stuff but the service was horrendous. The server apologized saying they gave them too many tables but we won’t be back.
Yes a new vlog! great way to spend my Sunday evening, awesome content as always. 👍🏼
Glad you’re enjoying them!
Great video for BMW. I ALWAYS struggle with figuring out which audio to use for my videos.

How do you shoot when using the 100-400mm? Handheld, tripod, gimbal? and do you always use it as slo-mo to help take the wobbles out? Cheers
If you check the camera setting shown on screen, I do mix up the frame rates and am not always in slow motion. I’m handheld about 90% of the time
@@Murbanvideook very interesting thanks. Great video, one of the best creators on YT!
I’m not a videographer (yet) what is shutter angle?
will you be at laguna seca?
Yep! I’ll be at every IMSA Weathertech championship event
Why F1 chooses to go to Miami and Vegas and not make Long Beach a Grade one circuit confused me
Making Long Beach grade 1 would ruin what makes the circuit great
It was great to see Jamey in your video. I follow both of your YT channels and Instagram accounts.
