Just got one in Scotland. I like it, it flies well on the roads. My only tiny criticism would be the handle bars are quite wide, so for busy city roads you're slowing traffic down as you're a bit wide lol. I might just cut off a few cm's on either side if I can be arsed. The shop let me try out a medium and a large one. I'm 5'8 (176cm) - leg length 29" (73cm) and the large size fitted me better. I was a bit cramped on the medium.

Thanks for a great review. I am still debating and can't decide between this and the escape 2 disc. I will probably just use mine for daily exercise riding on paved road. but the idea of having a hybrid bike to mess around and have some fun is also tempting :(

I will recommend Escape 2 if you only ride on paved road. Since you don't really need the suspension on the Roam

Thank you for the review. I am in the US and I did a review on my US 2021 Roam 2 on my channel. It is interesting to see the differences. I think the differences might be because we do not have the option of the Roam 0, so our Roam 2 is actually to top of the line here.

I don't see many people getting Roam 0 or Roam 1 since Roam 2 is enough for most casual riders

@@GuaUA-cam yes, but our Roam 2 has upgraded components than the Canadian Roam 2. My bike has a 1x9 gear set and an upgraded derailer. Like I said, I think this is because we have one less model than you do.
