This one is for any size ship but if done in the Hercules C2 will make you 2.3 Million per run. Buying from the new settlements is not for the faint of heart as they will be the new pirate playground in patch 3.22.
New Hurston Locations Include: Zephyr, Maker's Point, Ludlow, Pickers Field, Finn's Folly, Weeping Cove, Cutter's Rig, and Rappel. New MicroTech Locations Include: Frostbite, Razor's Edge, Bloodshot Ridge, Harper's Point, Astor's Clearing, Moreland Hills, and Dunboro.

Sorry but I did not expect the Salvage v Trader battle to be so fierce. Looks like it's small ships only as it's getting oversold in all locations. Will keep you updated if any changes happen.
You're competing with eachother not salvage crews, you don't make money with RMC on a reclaimer, it's construction materials all the way, scraping with a reclaimer is an inefficient use of time! Vulture pilots deal in RMC because their quantities are so low but think about how many vultures crammed with a Max 26 scu of RMC it takes to equate to 1 C2
@@landylover I don't agree, not everyone plays just for the best profit per hour. If you speak to the majority of industrial orgs they will still run full salvage for the fun. Just like cargo movers don't just run RMC, the game is full of fun things that are not the most time efficient.
@@EnixSC I'm not gonna disagree, we are a small salvage group, we would be salvaging whether the price was good or bad but it still takes us 20mins to scrape a c2 for around 60 scu of RMC using 1 reclaimer, in 20 mins a cargo guy would have shifted 1200 scu of RMC using a single ship so my point still stands and whether unfortunate or not depending on your opinion, the majority of players, at least the active ones in global are primarily about making the most credits as quickly as possible
@@landylover I’m almost certain most would disagree with you, respectfully. Yes, there are “grinders” in this game, but the majority of Star Citizen’s playerbase knows what they signed up for; being long term testers of a game. Having fun with game loops, knowing their credits will get wiped repeatedly. Yes they still value efficiency, but will not prioritize it over gameplay.
These are not even posted to SC trade tools, much respect on the speed you get the routes to us

I like the balance they are striking with high margins but high risk locations.
Definitely adding more variety to our routes is brilliant for us cargo movers. I also like that we now have options if the pirates decide to camp out one of the other top locations. o7
hey buddy, i found that out too. after a patch i always look at everything and as an interested trader i also keep excel-lists of traders and their prices/goods. but u got a "like" and ... really.. that sharing honors you. Regards

Thanks for the guide, works well. Even with a C1 and little money you can start off. Only downside is that i have absolutely massive FramDrops at Rappel (like 1-5 FPS max.)
I think its the amount of npc's, it was the same in the Pyro test for me. Glad they are testing it out now instead of waiting.

The hotfix they just dropped addresses the frame drops at the new settlements as well as torpedos and missiles no longer being bugged.

I've also made a video about this same route (in russian, but i think everyone could understand what to do), but longer, and i showed how you can make money on this route not only with the bigger ships like the Hercules C2, but even showed with a smaller ships like the Drake Cutlass Black, or the Constellation Andromeda that you can start to make your money, and the good thing is the ships like Cutlass Black and Andromeda you can even just rent them if you still could not afford to buy one, and make this route.
Nice, will take a look. It's a bit risky for new players as the locations are pirate playgrounds but definitely can be done in any size ship. Very nice. I take whatever rmc I can get from bounty missions. Roughly every 2 bounties or so a c2 bounty has about 160scu of rmc. Easy money but this looks funnier for sure.
It's nice to see we have a few different options now for good profit. I have added short Ert and solo Reclaimer videos that also offer brilliant ways to make money, one nice and relaxing while the other is guns blazing.
You mean fighting a C2 as in a ERT mission? Defo worth the try.
A full C2 load will wipe my out my bank account, but that big payoff is so tempting. I can’t wait to give this route a go.

Did a few runs last night and everything sold ok. I'm hoping this is just like Beryl when that first arrived, oversold for the first week but settled down and was a reliable source of profit.
great vid, just now its borderline impossible to go there, so many pirates now. and most of them don't even take the cargo just shoot you're ship on the ground and then you. its not worth it anymore for the risk.
We have more than one new settlement, they can't watch them all. But big risk for big profit is how it should work, us cargo movers had gotten used to an easy ride.

I never sold for 9,9M , you are lucky, the average is 9,3 for 1.6 1.7M profit (which is still ok 😮)
This was recorded and posted on the first day, since then it has been oversold daily so price changed accordingly. Tbh I thought it would settle down a little like Beryl but having us compete with Reclaimers has kept it in the red

dude im having a hard time finding the landing zone for dunboro. no matter where i parked i couldnt get it to take
Unfortunately I'm in work, will get you a spot as soon as I get home. I know they did a few changes with the patch but not sure this should effect us.
Yeh I tried to land and could not buy rmc, where is the landing zone?
@@dazsly Dunboro is bugged, it's been reported that many players are having the same problem. At the moment it's pure luck if you can get your ship to be recognised. Rappel is working and not seen any problems with that location so far
problem with this now, is that with this run + normal salvagers mean there is no demand anywhere for it means you are stuck with large amounts of RMC.

Yes, I have a few and will try and record one. Tbh though I don't really enjoy running them often, it's more of a novelty at the moment. I'm sure it will be more fun in the future but I think they need to add a few more systems first
Keep in mind yall, Rappel is BUGGED to shit nowadays. There's some kind of glitch where like over 350 NPCs just spawn there all one on top of the other and cause the fps to go down to like 5. So if you're willing to brave through that kind of unplayable FPS then be my guest. Otherwise, get yourself on over to Picker's Field.

What annoys me is my c2 is so more profitable than my hull c. The max per (long) run you can get with hull c without waiting hours is ~350/370K. This is absolutely unacceptable, the hull c should be the cargo king imho.
100% agree with you. I melted my Hull C in the first week after seeing how bad it was
I think this was pretty much an oversight on the team's part. It would make sense if they push the purchase of RMC up to 10k thus making Salvage the real go-to.
However lets see how far this goes, because it does get irritating that I have 100+ SCU and making far less than I was per run salvaging earlier in the week.
Weekends are always busy and we have Christmas holidays soon so it might get worse. At least we now have a few different good profit options.

Tbh I still think the vulture has a place as It's not always about max profit. Yes I post easy money guides but I also show my main gameplay which is not always the most profitable. I know many people that still like to go and chill in the vulture and when we do have another full wipe I can see many players using it again to work back up.

I found my discord group by looking through the RsI website. You can search through all the organisations and find one that fits your play style. I have linked mine in the description, we are from all over Europe but it's English speaking. Hope you find a group to play with as this game is far better with friends
Yup it would be good to remember to all players that this is are PVP zones… most of the times… you will get mass reported by players in the chat… they are mad to loose ships and goods… it’s like kindergarten in the chat if you bomb this places…
I honestly don't understand why players are like that, the risk of losing it all just adds to the overall gameplay. Plus it promotes group gameplay which I can't wait to see more of.

Lots of different locations, you can check SC trade tools or UEX. The new locations have not been added yet but I've listed them in the notes. Some have jump points but others you will need to find, will post an update on them all asap.

You can find a list by typing star citizen 3.22 new settlements. Most have jump points but some don't. @@Noogzy no mate just 3-4 of them, websites are not updated yet sorry. They also buy Iron, copper, waste and scrap so could be part of a nice route.
@@Noogzy and RMC is really low at all sell locations now. The competition from the Reclaimers was much higher than I anticipated so would advise doing in smaller ships for now

Have you tried moving closer to the building, some players have reported the location on MT can be a bit strict on distance
At Dunboro, it gives me my name in the list twice, no ship to select, landed almost infront of the door.
@@Lorac_Miko-rv9xe since the update I've not been able to buy on Microtech or one of the Hurston locations. Still able to buy at two on Hurston though but that gives those pirates a better chance of finding us.

Yep, but some are saying it's difficult to sell in all locations now. All those Reclaimer crews are hitting those sell points hard

These trade runs are flooding the market, and i couldn't sell any of my salvage. There was 4000 RMC at the TTD last night
Its the weekend which is always busy for the market but also more players are turning to salvage now they see how good it is. Its a good test to see two gameloops compete for the same profit. On the plus side we have more ways to make that top money than ever before, in the past it was just one meta.
@EnixSC that's true. I just hope they don't nerf the sell price because it's at a good spot, in my opinion.
@@shaunlavigne100 definitely. For the salvage crew it's brilliant to see multi crew gameplay get that reward. Then for us cargo movers we needed more high risk high reward routes.

Lots of players are reporting this, apparently it's potluck if it works for you. Really hope it's fixed soon as it's a good earner.

@@andrem4877 This video was first day, since then it's been oversold most days so price has changed accordingly. It's not a hotfix just the early signs of a working economy.

Your choice, but I do give my reasons for selecting the one in this video.
I filled my C2 at Rappel 7.5 mill. It was on a low populated server arround 55 i think. Just when i pressed the front ramp button to close of my C2 i turned around to see if it closed, there was this dude trying to hop into my ship. Be extremely cautious and fully armed and use medium armour. And again be cautious. Just to be sure dont fill your ship and go back and enter your ship see if someone tries to enter your ship. Or better fill your ship with scrap lol hahahaha and let them steal it ,its very cruel i know. Don't use this as your only trade. the max is i think 4000 SCU is MAX and you cant sell your stuff befor it drops again and that can take a VERRRYY LONG TIMMEEE. Profit is not 2.3 but near to 1.7 mill
With it being oversold most days the price has changed accordingly. Same with amounts you can sell, as you can see from the video I had no problem selling in Area 18 but this was first day after patch. Tbh I love that you need to be aware if pirates on this run, it brought a real mix to our gameloop but totally agree it's not one you should do all day everyday.

@@Johan-rm6ec no worries, I did not take it that way. I do get a few of these messages and I'm never sure if the player is aware of price changes. I believe Ert will be hit hard in next patch so this route/commodity will be even harder to sell, especially as we are competing with the Reclaimers.
Does that work on microtech too?
Yep. Microtech has a few locations you can buy at, if you can sell at New Babbage then it will be a faster route as you don't need to land at Spaceport

@@sebastians.5307 It will work, just change the ship location. They did not set the detection area very well, it should be a certain distance from the centre of the settlement.

@@ubique6859 I have a few videos sat on my computer but have not had the time to finish editing them. As far as new routes this patch, no. Prices have changed a little due to over sell but no big changes this patch.

Bummer is all your TTD's are backed up worse than your colon after a week in the field eating MRE's. If you partake in the gameplay loop of salvage there is no where to sell off 14scu of RMC right now because of this "profitability" . Just saw this after hoping out of the PU and all I can say is its broken. The TDD's are constantly at max stock. You're lucky if you can dump a full vulture of RMC right now. Usually takes 20-30 mins to sell off a full vulture. A lot of traders hit this big the first couple days, but now are abandoning it due to how impacted the economy is for RMC right now. The better money maker per hour is just to munch and sell CM. No cap and can sell at admin terminals.
Lol the one thing they tried to encourage is making people still scrape the hulls, so they upped the price for RMC, yet still managed to waste it by limiting the demand 😂. Thus making CM and just fracturing ships more worthwhile 😅.
Tbh I melted my lightning and re- pledged Reclaimer as I'm loving the new ship munching gameplay. I also like stopping at random stations so have not been scraping anything. My preferred trading loop is smaller profit but linking commodities so I get to explore and visit different places so this is very similar.
Waaaasy too risky. You might as well be trading scrap and Brio's on this one. lol. Pirates and Griefers were camping these locations the moment they were released on EPTU, with the later just doing a ton of indiscriminate killing to passer-bys. But man, I'd definitely celebrate a successful run. It'd be better to run this on something smaller like a Spirit. The buy-in with the C2 (and immense potential loss) is ridiculous.
Big risk, big reward. Tbh it's not a run I would be doing all day, it's more like a treat at the end of a day. I like to run big multi commodity routes in a variety of ships, taking as many screenshots as I can along the way. I don't really explain myself very well in these short easy money videos but I do make longer ones with my daily gameplay.
@@EnixSC I get it. RMC is gonna become the new "gold" in terms of what pirates go after. It's valuable enough that only something like 10 to 20 scu's stolen is a decent profit. It's just a little disappointing because these places are so well detailed but unless you're geared up and/or with an entourage... there's no site seeing for cup cakes. lol

@@DenLa25 It's a good time for making money with all the ships you can loan from the event. Not sure what day the srv is available but try and get that as it's risk free and fast.
Nop not 9 mil an hour ... I got 1.7mil ... 11 minute mission there and back ... waiting time at Lorville TDD ... well after getting no demand for 28 minutes it was sold 32 minutes from arriving ... will post my video soon. That tells me less than 3 mil an hour, If you use multi crew then you could get it up to 9mil with some effort. but tht NO DEMAND p-d me off today ... theres allot shorter waiting for drugs
Only 1.7, What ship did you use? As you can see in this video I made 2.3. I'm thinking as the settlements are on Hurston and Microtech we won't be able to do the 4 trips like we could on the first day, not only this but the competition with salvage ships is increasing everyday now people realise how profitable that is.
Did you run over to Area18, less runs per hour but not had any problems selling without a wait.
@@EnixSC I used a C2 .. and yes if there were no waiting times it would make much more, like I said if it was not for waiting time I would agree with you but unfortunately it seems to be flooded with Rec materials and EVERYONE who has a ship is doing it so much so its become less profitable than selling medical gowns ... lol
Bounty mission in Eclipse is bugged overall I see missiles arent working as they should ...
@@Lorac_Miko-rv9xe I think it's more the competition from salvage crews than everyone doing this route. Maybe with the missile fix we can reduce the amount of Reclaimers(jokes). But if the focus is on this then Beryl and gold should be in a good place, nice to have a few top profit stops for our routes.
