This kind of loss of motor skill doesn't add up, being less flexible or having less stamina are reasonable but not being able to at his current age his body had been more than cable of the basic motions and and there's not much change regarding those as you age.
I hate what if's written like this, where they say Naruto did so & so rather than I did so & so.. It's so much harder to immerse myself in the story when written like this.
