The total cost probably is 200 mil including interior changes.
Since the average pre-owned 787-8 is around 175 mil.
So the 25 mil could be interior.

a fleet of brand new B787-10 HGW BBJ (HGW ultra long haul variant, special order only) is the one to have by far, instead of the older B787-8 BBJ airframe . . . by the way HGW stands for High Gross Weight variant alternatives to the BBJ are the A350-1000 HGW CJ & A350-900 ULR CJ . . . infact the B767-400 ER as BBJ is one of the cheaper alternative to both the B787-10 HGW BBJ & A350-1000 HGW . . .
