:)
why do you not have more views? I've been looking for a video about malibu with all the best spots and none of them have the great quality and content that this video has..nice job would love to see more uploads
Haso S Thank you Haso! I have many more projects in the works!
This is what you call a quality video omg
Felix Qt Thanka Felix I’m happy you liked it.
Grew up in Malibu- my favorite landmarks were always the humping frogs rock up Kanan and the Womb cave at Little Dume :)
Interesting to note, a Chumash village was at County Line 10k years ago. Graves still under Neptunes Net and the promontory across PCH. The village thrived and migrated to the area of Leo Carrillo, back and forth to allow resources to replenish. The villagers traded with the Chumash villages on the Channel Islands. EDEN.
That's fascinating. Thank you for sharing!
@@Codacolor you’ll answer this but you won’t tell us where that first spot is at. Fuck you bitch
Beautiful. Thank you. I've lived in California on and off for 40 years but have spent surprisingly little time in Malibu. I want to explore many of its beaches and hiking trails.
Yeah, I agree with others - how does this not have more views? Excellent video. Great quality in every aspect.
Thanks Cody! We're headed to Oakland for a 60th birthday surprise and then down to Santa Monica. But I told my husband Malibu is a must and now Neptune's Net is on the list!
WOW beautiful video!!! And so interesting!!! Some amazing shots, very aesthetic!
Thank you so much , psalm 19:1-4 , this video expresses it all WOW, that was my recent devotional. Thank you so much. This is my proverbs 11:25 place due to 7 pounds movie
" to be refreshed." Your right I liked Laguna Beach more but this video really surprised me about Malibu, WOW. Thank you AWESOME Jesus Christ for all you created for our liking . Thank you sir
Thank you for sharing the Lord's Word!
Very nice. Thanks for sharing these lesser known spots. Makes me wonder what other secret spots you kept out of the video! lol
😉
Thanks for the post. I live at the top of Deer Creek Rd, so seeing this drone footage was especially illuminating and fun to see.
You've got one hell of a view man, congrats.
I lived on Broadbeach Rd when there was no Malibu High School. 35 miles every morning to Santa Monica. No one lived out this far back then except directors and cameramen and heart surgeons.
You put al lot of time into this! Awesome video. Sandstone peak is amazing
Whenever I am in SoCal, I always hit Malibu. I love this place!
Excellent video. Thank you.
Driving on that road with the cliff on the one side looks absolutely terrifying
Lol, every road in Malibu is like that
They are not well maintained, a lot of deaths happen and are under reported
This was amazing.
thank you!
awesome video man! i love your transitions
El matador is the most beautiful beach I've ever seen
Beautiful video 😍
Wonderful.
Siiiiiiick haha Great video dude...
I like the magnificent top view stretch of the beach, thank you for sharing the video - I sub...
Great video!
Hope i can go there someday💙
Such a sick video
Bro did we used too kick it ?? U are listing all of my favorite spots ! I didn’t know people knew about deer creek !
Awesome videos, so creative and beautiful 😍
Awesome video. I would love to live there. But I live in London in the UK.
Wonderful video! I’ll be making a day trip to Malibu while visiting LA. I plan to head up to Malibu around 7:00AM and staying all day. Any tips for driving?
Amazing video!!
GREAT video! Super helpful, Thanks.
✨😇 So Cal Is Beautiful 😇✨
Gorgeous
El Matador is awesome!
thanks for the video😊😊
JANET REAGAN LOVES THIS VIDEO TOTALLY
Thanks for the cool video. Great narrative voice too. So it’s no issue to hike down in the dark after watching the sunset?
Dude you forgot to mention Leo Carrillo beach very small but nice and cool spot to hang out all day. And let’s not forget that this beach has been capture in a couple of movies and tv series 😎
Most importantly that is where Daniel perfected his crane technique.
what did you use to stabilize the footage at el matador when you went around the rock an up the stairs and you speeded it up? No way that's just warp stabilizer.
Hello! i’ve been trying to find the fire tower ruins for months with no luck, would be willing to give more information on its location please? :-(
where is the trailhead (or where did u start) to hike sandstone peak? i can see it out my window but never found that trail you show.
There are three trails heads to reach Sandstone Peak. The longest route is from Sycamore Canyon. Probably not the way you want to go.
There are two trailheads of Yerba Buena. The lower one is where most people park. It is about maybe 6 1/2 miles up Yerba Buena off PCH. If you are going up Yerba Buena from PCH, the parking lot will be on the left.
I wonder if El Matador is the one these two chicks went to in another vid called Hippsetters ; it looked like it was offseason... they were at one place where they went down some steep steps ...the beach was made of nothing but a bunch of little rocks that had no sand ; but I heard one of them say "didn't this used to have sand on it?"
I work right across the street from Zuma Beach. Malibu is very nice during the daytime, but during night time, this is the scarriest place to live. When the marine layer descends upon this area (which is often) is one spooky place! I work here, but sure as hell I wouldn't live here! After the fires, everytime it rains you're praying a mudslide won't block PCH or any of the canyon roads; otherwise you're trapped with no where to go!
I'm moving back to Malibu. :)
Awesome vid! Every shot was cinematic and aesthetic and each spot looks amazing
where is this old fire tower? Off piuma road ?
Underrated video
I wish this video was longer and that what was shown you showed more of; and I also wish you had shown what you mentioned at the end about the hidden gems to visit... maybe you'll do another one as a continuation .
Breath-taking views! Is it just me or does the rocks at 1:40 looks like crabs/frogs?
Nice video man. Where is the deer creek lookout at?
Fabulous
dis a cold video my g
I am thinking of moving to California when I am older.
Where do you guys think is a better place to live, Malibu or west LA (around Santa Monica and Venice)
Santa Barbara
Hey broski! I live near by Malibu and would love to know if you can share the fire tower ruin hidden spot for my mother and I. We’re both cancer survivors and it would be fun to take her on this little adventure. Only with your permission of course. 🙏🏼
Thats awsum.. You done really well.. Can you tell me the pont name where mountains just beside.. And the peak name where notebook in the box
how many minutes to the top of Malibu? amazing
Hi Cody! Can you tell me how to reach the first spot for sunrises please? ;)
We’re you able to get the address for the first spot ?
Couldn’t find the first place, the old fire tower. Does someone have a better name for that site ?
how deep in deer creek drive did you get to get to that place in the video
I couldn’t find old fire tower ruins
Thanks
Hi Cody do you have the address/coordinates for the lookout featured at 2:28?
Has anybody found/ does anyone know where the first spot is? I'm on these roads multiple times a week n somehow have never seen it
Cool
Where was that dam?
My guess that is the Rindge Dam. There used to be a trail down from Malibu Canyon down to it but I heard they really have tried to stop people going down to it. It is the damn that blocks Malibu Creek.
Local here😉
anybody has the address on the old fire tower?
Or road the fire tower is on?
Sadly, now the PCH is almost wall to wall RVs of people living there.
Tryna find the spot for icon
Now its all gone.
CHECK OUT MALIBU BY CROMWELL AND SPARROW
miley's song brings me here 🤤
Can someone pls pls tell me where that long board hill is. I will bless you with many good karma.
what is that particular lookout on deercreek plz lmk!!
Danny Anzures Currently the property owner has it is gated off, though it often goes through cycles of being gated / gate being torn down by off-roaders. It’s one of the first turns when you’re driving away from PCH.
Cody Mitchell I’ll try this Saturday . Hopefully it’s open .
Cody Mitchell do you need a 4x4 to make it up there tho
Danny Anzures i’ve seen people do it without
Pacific coast highway is terrifying!
is there any chance you’d share the location of the fire tower? :)
dork
I live 15 mins from there. There're way better places to eat than Neptune's Net, unless you're dying to hang out with a bunch of motorcycle riders.
Probably so, but the laid back atmosphere is cool and it’s not very expensive. Shrimp and fries too.
been up and down the coast and meh. Same rocks same brown landscape. Malibu WAS amazing during the crazy rain falls in 2016 or 17??? I forget which. Then it was a completely different experience and just looked so lush and green. Some of the coast looked like parts of Ireland and England. Unfortunately a huge land slide had destroyed the bridge which meant my trip up the PCH was cut short. But in all honesty. You seen it once. Thats enough
I beg to differ.
Amazing video !!!
