Despite the seating arrangement, your "cabin" seemed appropriately equipped - and apparently everything worked! The food looked quite good and nicely presented, the equal of First Class on some airlines. If this plane does only 2 - 4 round trips a week they have the luxury of time to keep it in good order.
I think I've watched almost all of Simply Aviation videos, but it is always nice to see that others had a great experience using AirSerbia, in comparison to more global and bigger companies. I myself flew with AirSerbiA 8 times this year, and it was always a pleasure!

I guess being the only long haul route helps the caterer to Really Concentrate on food quality :) However, kudos to them for a job very well done...and thx to SA for letting us know about these less known gems.
America and Argentina have the best food if you like meat. We all think that our cevapcici and pljeskavica are god given specialities. And than you try big T-bone stake and ribs with barbeque sauce and you realize that fucking cevapcici and pljeskavica are pre-meal starters for this bombs haha

Air serbia is a great airline i flew on it in december jfk to beg and back and food was great everything was great and while flying over canada on the flight back we had crazy turbulence for 2 hours until landing

Yes ...actually the A 330/300 from AVIANCA Colombian airline ....I used to fly from Cali to Madrid back on 2015 ,but now the route to the same destination ,the company are using the beautiful Boeing 787/8 Dreamliner ...it another awesome airplane

I flew on the Air Serbia flight between JFK and Belgrade on few occasions and every time I had a very pleasant experience filled with amazing service.
In my 1980's boyhood, JAT Yugoslav flew to USA!
... Also to Australija via Dubai and Singapore

Although herringbone configuration may be outdated, air Serbia did a really good job at making it feel more modern (I love the color scheme)
