i am requesting you please give session 2 also and continue from there only...its really helpful...i will keep refreshing your channel to see session 2 🙂
@praveenRajput_b i will go through TCP/PDCP in next session then i will cover the MAC separately, regarding the physical layer this need a separate series of videos
This is pure gold @mohamedeladawiashour. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on these complicated topics. Rare to find these kind of videos. Kudos to your work!
Amazing session Mohamed! Way to go! One question from my side : Which physical uplink channel carries the RLC status PDU in case of DL data transmission ? I think PUSCH but I am not sure. Thank you
Thank you, i believe either PUCCH or PUSCH can be used and it depend on the scenario "The RLC Status PDU in the case of DL data transmission is carried on: - PUCCH for small feedback without simultaneous uplink data. - PUSCH for larger feedback or when combined with other uplink data transmissions. As a side note: The above information is based on my logical understanding and has not been directly referenced from any standard documents.
Hi Raghavendra, thank you for your comment! Honestly, I didn’t plan to share the material for this series, but I might consider doing so once I’ve completed the remaining sessions. I’ll let you know either way. Thanks again!
Thank you, i wish you like it. I am network design and optimization solution architect but i see this material is very useful as well for RAN engineers not protocol engineers only

Thanks, sure i will do.
@@mohamedeladawiashour will you elaborate MAC and PHY in your next session ?

Very good material. Really hard to find in vendor documentation. Many thanks
Glad it was helpful! Thank you
