I thought before Sam's voice was auto tuned....until I heard him sing Live. Man...his recording voice and natural voice are ridiculously the same. His tone is so distinct like no other.

I can attest that sam mangubat don't need autotune.. You may not believe it but that just it as if he has belt in autotune in his throat.. Hahaha.. He is second placer from tawag ng tanghalan which is a live singing contest and autotune is not allowed. I hope you can react his live performances.

It is the Americans I think who introduced us to auto-tunes. Asians hate auto-tunes coz it's cheating. We just adjust the mixing of the sound. I do not know if Filipinos are starting to use that. It was only KZ that I remember who used it in a competition. Regine for sure is not using that just her pure voice and talent.
