    0:38 I love how the telecom building at 151 Front really gives a sense where these structures existed in the modern streetscape. The building at 151 is still used to this day for telecom.

    "French Pancakes, with Maple Sugar". Is that just pancakes with maple syrup? Was Maple Syrup once Maple Sugar? Because you can buy maple sugar now. I'm confused. Did they just make the batter with maple sugar? I'm curious to know what this is. Edit: I'm more confused now. I went searching for "French Pancakes" and the result was Crepes! This mystery needs to be solved please.
